Why Hostics exists
Hostics started with a spreadsheet that got out of hand — but it didn't stay there.
Like a lot of short-term rental owners, I was running my rental off a patchwork of platform dashboards, exported CSVs, and a financial tracker that grew more tangled every month. Airbnb told me one number, my bank told me another, and at tax time I was reverse-engineering a year of payouts trying to figure out what I'd actually earned.
